Built by sculptor Karel Aubroeck in 1928, De Uil (the owl) is a unique combination of classical elegance and Art Deco style. Today, it is home and atelier to designers Roger Liekens and Mark Massaa, who have also overseen the creation of a restful, water inspired garden by Daniel Ost. Today used as a venue for exhibitions. De Uil is undoubtedly revelling in its new lease of life.
